I arrived at my family's place, and their treatment was bad; they didn't respect our time at all.

Very bad, doesn't deserve one star, and I won't repeat the experience. I booked at noon and arrived four hours before the event to get my hair done, but they didn't finish until late. Their work is slow, and you have to wait an hour for reception to come out and answer you. The prices aren't worth the work.
