A colleague at this shop ignored my call to book an appointment. He didn't provide me with any available slots, didn't contact me afterward, and didn't answer my calls. This is unacceptable and inappropriate. His name is Wael. Note: This comment is directed to the owner of the shop; I will not accept a response from anyone else.

High-quality service, the place is always clean, and that's the main reason it hasn't changed in many years. Excellent barbers, clean work, one Jordanian barber and three Egyptians, all very presentable.
