If there was a rating lower than one star, I would have given it. I contacted them because I was there for a National Day offer, and the price was 96 (presumably 96 riyals) in the picture. They charged me 106 riyals for the tools. I said I had my own tools with me, and they asked why I hadn't been asked. They argued with me, saying it was only 10 riyals, until I insisted on receiving the money. When the employee came in, she saw my tools, but she was the one who used new ones. The receptionist came and saw them too. I said it wasn't my problem; she saw my tools in my bag. She said, "What do you want me to do with them?!" (My bag was open in front of the employee.) I said she chose to use the new ones, and she kept telling the employee in front of me that she would deduct the amount. Out of courtesy, I said, "If you're going to deduct it, just take the 10 riyals." Overall, a bad experience and an unnaturally stuffy atmosphere in the salon.

Greed is man's enemy. I used to go there all the time, but I've repented. I had an experience where I got monthly eyelash extensions and they told me to come anytime for a free refill. I called them two weeks later and half the extensions fell off. They said they'd take them off and reapply them, or I could get a refill for a fee. They were completely uncooperative.
