Oh, I love the way they treat people on WhatsApp, they're so sweet! I was late for my appointment, but they gave me the best service. I really love them! My favorite salon.

The place's policy is the worst. I booked an appointment for my hands and feet, the total cost being 500. I got my hands done, but it was delayed, so I said I'd get my feet done another day. They refused to refund my money! The employee said it would be in my account for two months, then it would be gone! Now two months have passed and I haven't received my money back. It's blatant theft!

The service was terrible; appointments were always late, there was no punctuality, and the employee, Tahani, unfortunately had an impolite and rude manner with customers. This is the most important point.

I've had previous experiences with eyelash extensions, and they were great; I used to recommend them as the best in Jazan for eyelash extensions. Two weeks ago, I went to a Filipina specialist. First of all, my lashes were drooping at the tips, which was very uncomfortable. I noticed they were falling out even though I was moving lightly. I usually get my lashes done regularly, but this was the worst time I've ever had them. The products aren't good, and the lashes are falling out! We paid for the service and expected it, but the work was terrible, and the lashes started falling out the second day. I contacted them on WhatsApp, and they told me to come back for a touch-up in three days. I went, and I wish I hadn't! Half my lashes fell out, and it wasn't even a week! This negligence and poor service are unacceptable! I don't think I'll ever go back.

Their services are amazing and the staff are very professional. I had a beautiful tinted eyelash extension and application; I noticed the high quality of the tools. May God bless them.
