My first experience with a protein treatment at a salon with Iman Al-Masri was wonderful, may God bless her. It was the first time I've had a protein treatment and been so satisfied. She's incredibly skilled and fast, may God bless her. She doesn't damage the hair, pays attention to every detail, and gives you advice on post-treatment hair care. It was a fantastic experience, and I hope everyone tries it.

I swear to God, I'm not giving it a star, but I have to put it there so I can comment. The worst and most awful salon I've ever been to in my life, unfortunately. It was the first and last time, may God never bring it back. They did my eyebrows, and I swear to God, it's like they gave them to a four-year-old child. When I asked for a touch-up, she started throwing things at her friend, and her friend threw things back at me, and they couldn't fix the mess they made. I went and got the bleaching done, and I tried, "Please God, let me fix it." I wish I had stayed home instead of going to a place that deserves it. And the blow-drying—my hair is fine, why is it like this? Is she just learning on me? God forgive me. She keeps arguing and huffing. I told her, "This is the last time I'll come," and she replied, "I'm so sorry, your attitude is awful." I'm shocked, shocked, shocked. Please, the owner of the salon, Reham Yousef, contact me. I'm waiting for you. What happened is unacceptable. My eyebrows are burned. I'm going to a pharmacy to get them treated. God help me if they get worse. Instead of getting them done, I'll have to go to the hospital for treatment.
