للأمانه والله شاهد ما انصح ابدااا 👎اليوم دنيا وبكره اخره اسعار على غير سنع الصبغه لونها باهت وماعجبني ولا فيه معالج بعد الصبغه فى صالونات يجلس شعرك شهر يلمع وتقول تتغير بعد الاستحمام والقص جدا عادى مافيه إتقان لانه مدرج تنظيف البشره والله خساره ريال واحد عباره عن مقشر وبخار وتمشى عليك حديده وتحط ماسك عموما أنا قلت هذا الكلام للاستقبال ومبلغ التنظيف ما أسامح فيه جعله فى ذمتها يمحق به الله بركة المحل تجربه ندمت عليها مااا انصح أبدا وهذا الى جربته

I always deal with Hanan and I can't thank her enough, may God bless her. I never hesitate to ask her for anything I need, and she knows what suits me and what doesn't. I always leave her satisfied.

My experience at the salon for my haircut was unfortunately unsatisfactory. I went expecting a beautiful and professional cut, but the result was disappointing. It didn't turn out as I requested or expected. I didn't ask for anything difficult—just a cut to a uniform length. But I left with my hair completely ruined, with each strand a different length and style. What can I do to make up for it now?! I contacted management about the issue, and I hope they will pay more attention to the quality of service and customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, I won't be going back.
