Literally, the service is worse than the worst. Besides, the employees are lounging around like it's their home, and the one doing the nails clearly doesn't know anything about nails. She cut my hand, and the products were expired and made my hand irritated. On top of that, she doesn't know how to do it, and all their nail polishes are sold out and clumped together. Literally, there is no attention to detail, and the place is filthy, filthy, not clean at all. And there are only three employees, and I don't think they even have a permit. They don't deserve a single riyal. May God punish them! They don't even have nail polish drying drops or a hair dryer!

I went at 7 PM just to get my hair cut, and I didn't get out until 10 PM! All that waiting?! They could have just informed me that there were other customers and told me I might be delayed for hours, but they didn't even show up! All that waiting just for a hair cut?! It's ridiculous! I wasted my time, paid, and finished. Four hours of my time wasted just for a hair cut! Is that reasonable?! I had an appointment, and unfortunately, I missed it because of them. No one expects to be treated like this, with all that waiting. May God punish them!
