I'm sharing my experience with you. I went in terrified and left completely satisfied. The makeup is soft and perfect, the prices are very reasonable, and the salon owner and staff are absolutely lovely.

I got my bangs and ends cut there, and the service was honestly terrible. To be honest, I didn't try the other services, but I absolutely hated the cut. It was the worst experience I've ever had. ‼️Correction to your reply: I asked for a regular blow-dry because I felt there was an unevenness between the two sides, and I explained this to the employee, Hala. She told me to go home and blow-dry it, and if there was still an unevenness, I could come back for her to fix it?! This response shows the employee's lack of professionalism. And when I contacted management to explain my problem, they gave me the employee to talk to?! The employee was so rude and slurring her words, and she was on her phone. She didn't hang up until I called her several times to explain exactly what I wanted. Out of sheer frustration, she finally hung up and cut my hair. I've reviewed most of the comments, and they're all negative. Your responses are all excuses; there's no professionalism whatsoever, neither from the management nor the employees. If the salon is only open because it's the only one serving this area, you should take advantage of that and improve the quality of your services. Ultimately, me and others who have shared our bad experiences are just customers; we don't have any personal issues.

I had my eyebrows dyed and bleached by Hala, may God bless her. My main observation is that the eyebrows need to be balanced, with both sides being equal and not one side longer than the other.
