I got a haircut there two days ago. The cut was terrible; I didn't like it. She was supposed to trim the ends and add layers. She only trimmed some of my hair and left the rest uncut. She didn't even cut the layers; she just cut my bangs. Honestly, it doesn't make any sense at all. No trim, no layers. A very bad experience, especially with the Sudanese cashier, whose attitude was incredibly offensive. Her behavior was appalling; she showed no respect, no courtesy, and not even the most basic customer service skills, acting as if she was doing the customer a favor. On top of that, she was negligent in her duties, leaving the cashier to eat and letting another employee cover for her! Honestly, it's a waste of money to pay such a high level of service and treatment. If customer service isn't a priority, at least don't make customers suffer from your poor attitude and negligence. An employee with this attitude does more harm than good. A very bad experience and not worth repeating.
