I arrived at the salon now at 5 pm and it was closed. Is it permanently closed or what?

Honestly, this is one of the best salons I've ever dealt with. Their work is incredibly neat, and what's even better is their integrity during sales; they work with dedication and heart, unlike some salons that just make do during discounts. And especially the talented Sanaa; her work is amazing, and she truly puts her heart into it.

A well-organized salon with excellent service. I tried their makeup by Sanaa, and it was amazing and clean! 👌👌 I'll definitely be going there again, God willing.

Honestly, she doesn't deserve even one star. She refused to let me photograph my hair and my sister's hair, and her attitude changed drastically. For me, good manners are more important than service. Artist Samar's work is beautiful, but their tools are terrible. Hairstylist Amira's hairstyle made my hair extremely dry. This will be my first and last time, God willing.

I tried getting my hair cut there, and I can't deny the cut is nice, but I deducted four stars because they didn't blow-dry it afterward! Excuse me? I got my hair cut there, how am I supposed to leave it wet? You're obligated to blow-dry it and explain the cut to me, especially since I got my hair cut there almost a year ago and they blow-dried it. I don't know why you changed your policy, and unfortunately, it's gotten worse. 👎🏻👎🏻
