Amazing! I just left their place. Samira did my updo, it's absolutely gorgeous! She's a fantastic artist, fast, knowledgeable, and calm. And their prices are unbelievable! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 I've signed up as a regular customer, God willing.

I got a blow-dry and waves done there. The blow-dry was great, but then they put mousse on my hair, making it sticky at the roots. It lost all volume, felt stiff and dry, and then they curled it. When I got to the event, I took the clips out, and it was a disaster! It was flat and stuck at the ends, dry, and they burned the ends of my hair, which is healthy. I washed it the next day, and it smelled awful, like it was burnt and garbage! 😭 Now I'm treating the burns on my scalp from the blow-dry, and I cut the ends because they were also burned. I'm using hair masks and oils every other day. 🥲 A loss of 300 riyals!

The worst salon in the Eastern Province! I went today to get my artificial nails done, and they were terrible. The nails didn't stay on properly, the manicure was ruined, and even the Filipina nail technician didn't know how to file nails properly. I don't know why they even hired her. A very bad experience, and I will never go back!

I would like to thank Ms. Kawthar for her excellent service and great attention throughout my employment. She was very cooperative and performed her duties to the highest standard with professionalism and skill. She also readily accepted all feedback and ensured its proper implementation. Thank you for her efforts, courtesy, and dedication to her work. It was a wonderful experience thanks to her attentiveness and excellent communication.

Although the salon is just a regular place, their work is truly professional. The blowouts, cuts, and coloring are more than amazing. Those who say their prices are high, honestly, you pay money for celebrity salons, but their work is truly worth it, and their service is great. ❤️
