I went in because my hair is long and I wanted a layered cut at the same length, but she said it wouldn't work because it would be too thin at the ends. (She says the same thing to every client who comes in: whether your hair is thick or thin, you have to cut it short and then layer it.) Because she's incompetent and doesn't know what she's doing. She says I have to cut my hair short and then get a layered cut for the layers to work. May God never bring back the day I went to her! My hair hasn't grown for two months since then because of her and her cut. 😣😣😣

Firstly, I commented, but now I'm taking it back. The stylist is completely inconsistent. I give them a hairstyle request, and they do it differently. I tell them it's not the same as the clip, and we keep redoing it, but it never works. I swear, it's a shame to pay such a large sum, and then when I go to the event, the job looks like something you'd done at home. I wasn't satisfied at all, and I gave them two chances, but unfortunately, it's the same thing.

Honestly, the reception is terrible and they keep changing their minds about the time. I went in at noon and they said it would only be an hour, and now it's evening and I'm still not there. The staff are awful, honestly, it's very bad and unclean.
