Honestly, it was a terrible experience. One of them had a terrible technique; she wasn't even paying attention when applying the nails and just randomly placed the adhesive strips, some big and some small.

Unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. We went to the salon, and there was only one other client before us, yet we waited four hours for our services to be completed. This delay was completely unjustified. My eyebrows were shaved with a flamingo razor, causing severe irritation and allergic reactions. Surprisingly, the salon didn't have any ointment or first-aid supplies to deal with such cases. As for my sister, while she was getting her face threaded, the employee cut her face so badly that blood was pouring out. When we informed reception, instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the situation, the receptionist said it was my sister's fault because she hadn't held her face with both hands. The receptionist's attitude was rude and unprofessional, showing no respect or apology. On the contrary, she spoke to us as if we were at fault, justifying the employee's actions and blaming the customer. This demonstrates a complete lack of basic customer service and complaint handling, and is completely unbecoming of someone representing the salon. The nail polish was also of very poor quality; it peeled and came off like a piece of plastic after a short time. The cleanliness was subpar, and after finishing... The previous client's place wasn't cleaned, and the floor was still dirty before I even sat down. The place lacks even the most basic safety equipment; there were no first aid supplies, no antiseptic, and no cream for burns or irritation, despite us sustaining injuries during the service. On top of all that, their prices are very high compared to the quality of service, the staff's attitude, and the cleanliness. It was a very bad experience, and I won't be repeating it. I hope the salon management reviews the service level and trains the employees to respect customers and take responsibility for their mistakes instead of blaming the customer. Note: I couldn't take a picture of the eyebrow bill, and I paid around 350 for the nail polish.
