I came a while ago, and the work is amazing, mashallah! I always get my hair done there, and I also got my makeup and hair done. The work is fantastic, the girls are so creative, and Maha Al-Dossari needs no introduction.

The operator was bad, the receptionist was rude, and they were playing music at a very high volume and refused to turn it down.

I went there a while ago, and Maha and her sister weren't there. They left two women of another nationality working. They were very loud and shouting, with no privacy for the client. Everyone in the salon could hear them asking what I wanted and what I didn't want. They were literally yelling. Zero privacy. Their work was terrible, both the hair and makeup. I was so embarrassed by their service. It was awful, truly awful. I'm still upset. May God punish them! The hairstyle and makeup were a disaster. The work was zero out of ten. I've been dealing with them for over ten years, and this was my last experience.
