To be honest, the reception staff were understanding, and the workers who did the pedicure, bleaching, and threading were respectful and experienced. However, I was bothered by a worker named Emily who did my manicure. She looked forced and preoccupied with her phone. She only did one hand and then the other, and didn't apply any cream. I asked her to redo it, but she refused and lied to the receptionist. The receptionist noticed that Emily didn't want to make a big deal out of it and gave me the management's number. Emily's behavior was unprofessional; she laughed hysterically, chatted with the other workers, had her phone in her ear, and wasn't focused on her work. She even interfered with her colleague's job. The worker who was doing my pedicure sensed my discomfort, and when I told her I was going to complain, she called Emily "crazy and ridiculous." Honestly, I was scared of her because of her behavior, her hysterical laughter, and the lack of professionalism in her work. I called management, and they promised to look into it. I hope management takes these comments more seriously because she has received negative feedback, even in the comments section.

The experience was very bad, and the work depends on her mood. I went to her the first time and her work was good, tidy, and clean, and the second time her work was not the cleanest or tidyest thing, and she was not in the mood, and the price was up to her. The first time the amount was 65, and when I came a second time, the same services, the same art, and the same everything, she charged me 80?

Honestly, the salon is clean and the staff are experienced and long-serving, but there's one major drawback: the most important room, the styling and blow-drying room, is incredibly hot. The air conditioning is terrible—just one small unit! Is that even reasonable, with the sun shining through the window?! Honestly, it smells awful, is unbearably hot, and there are only four chairs. If I hadn't cut the bill, I would have left because the heat is unbearable. I told reception, but they couldn't do anything. I asked to move to a closed room, but they said it was full. I should mention that I came last winter, and even though it was winter, the place was stuffy, hot, and smelled awful from the blow dryers. I came this year, forgetting about it, and I think I'm running into the same problem, unfortunately. 💔

Honestly, the service was terrible. Emily broke her nail while doing my nails, stopped working, and filed her own nail while on the phone. Plus, I paid a fee, and in the end, it wasn't the same design I showed her. I left dissatisfied. This is my first and last time going there. The difference between the design I wanted and what she did was awful.
