I got my hair done by Sumaya, and she's amazing! Honestly, her work is beautiful and she's so sweet. She kept it looking perfect and beautiful until the very end of the event. I also got my makeup done by Rasha, and it was my first time, but her work was soft and beautiful. Thank you so much, Lamset Elin Salon! 🥹 ❤️❤️❤️

I got a layered haircut, and unfortunately I don't know the name of the person who cut it, but the cut is absolutely amazing. I also got a wavy blow-dry at Farida's, and the result is just like my dad's, or even better.

My experience with hair colorist Sanaa was excellent. I appreciate her honesty, advice, and commitment to your hair's health. She always gives you the perfect color. My first time with her, it was fantastic, and she gave me exactly what I wanted.

Unfortunately, my experience with the salon was disappointing. To be honest, the employee, Rofida, was very pleasant and respectful, but the quality of the work was below expectations! I got false eyelash extensions, and they started falling out as soon as I got home! I didn't even get a chance to enjoy the results, which is unacceptable for the price I paid. Even stranger, there was the issue of touch-ups after 14 days! I was told about touch-ups without any explanation that they would incur an additional fee. When I inquired, the response was, verbatim, "We only tell the client if she asks!" Honestly, how can a client ask about fees she wasn't even informed about? It's a basic right for a client to know all the costs and conditions before receiving the service, and transparency is the salon's responsibility, not the client's. The problem isn't just the eyelash loss, but also the way the service policy is explained and feedback is handled. A respectful attitude alone isn't enough if the service quality doesn't last until the end of the day, and the additional costs aren't explained from the beginning. I hope management will review the quality of their work and their policy for informing clients of fees, as client trust is built on quality, credibility, and transparency. Unfortunately, my experience does not encourage me to visit again.
