If there was a rating lower than one star, I would have given it to them. I contacted them yesterday and asked about their opening hours. They told me that the tailoring service starts at 3:00 PM. I arrived around 3:20 PM and rang the bell. I waited for 10 minutes, but no one answered. I called the number again, and they told me they would contact the tailors to open the door for me. After 5 minutes, they opened the door. Two employees came in, looked at me, and one said, "Please come in." I stood there waiting, maybe another 5 minutes. Then I turned to leave, and she followed me, asking, "Are you the one who wants the tailor?" I slammed the door and walked away. I called the person I contacted, and she said maybe they didn't hear the bell or maybe they were busy. Honestly, it's the height of disrespect.

The center is simple in appearance, but the staff inside are incredibly polite, ethical, and professional. Their work is flawless. 👍🥰
