May God punish them! They still haven't refunded my cancellation fee. Their service is terrible.

Even if it were less than one star, I'd still give it that much. I got my bangs done there, and unfortunately, they weren't what I wanted or at least didn't satisfy me. I told her I wanted them layered, but she cut them all one length, saying that's what layering is. Plus, the staff's attitude wasn't the best. It's definitely not an experience I'll repeat; it's the last time.

If there were a rating lower than one star, I'd give you that. Honestly, you ruined my mom and sister's hair. The price and the work are terrible. If they'd done it at home, it would have turned out better, I swear to God. This is my first and last visit, God willing.
